Return Policy

At BabyInBag, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging and returning the item to the provided return address. After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including opened baby care products or personalized items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
